Hanna McLeod, Director of Thought Leadership, AACSB International
Hanna McLeod serves as AACSB’s director of thought leadership and is responsible for developing AACSB’s organizational research and thought leadership strategy and external research partnerships. She leads the development of several AACSB publications and thought leadership reports and her current research interests include lifelong learning, societal impact, and emerging innovations in educational delivery. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a MA in Cultural Studies – Trans-Atlantic Relations from the Jagiellonian University in Poland.

Tessa Misiaszek, Head Of Research, Korn Ferry Institute
Tessa G. Misiaszek is the head of research with the Korn Ferry Institute. She recently co-authored and published a book titled, Branding That Means Business, through The Economist in September 2022. Misiaszek taught in the Simmons School of Management and Hult International Business School for several years. She has also served as an instructor with Harvard Division of Continuing Education and is the cofounder of the Happy at Work podcast. Misiaszek completed her PhD at Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. She also holds a master’s degree in public health and a BSc in resource economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Quentin McAndrew, Ph.D., Global Academic Portfolio Strategist, Coursera
As Coursera’s global academic portfolio strategist, McAndrew oversees the acquisition strategy and performance of all university content. She also collaborates with university partners to design innovative educational programs that deliver transformative opportunities to learners everywhere. Previously, McAndrew served as assistant vice provost for Academic and Learning Innovation at University of Colorado Boulder, where she grew Boulder's Coursera portfolio from 16 courses to almost 200 and launched two degrees. She was an architect of Boulder's performance-based admissions pathways and fully stackable curriculum. McAndrew teaches a highly rated Business Writing course on Coursera, with students from 165 countries. McAndrew has won awards for her writing and research, and she brings private sector and higher education experience to her role. She holds a BA and MA from Stanford University and a PhD from University of Colorado Boulder, all in English.
