Patrick Cullen is vice president for strategy and innovation at AACSB International. In this role, he works with AACSB staff and volunteers on strategic planning initiatives and the development of products and services for AACSB’s members. He is deeply involved in AACSB strategic planning initiatives, playing a central role in strategy formulation and implementation in collaboration with the AACSB Board of Directors, staff, and the membership. Building on his experience of developing services for AACSB’s member schools—particularly in the areas of curriculum design and leadership development—he works closely with AACSB staff and volunteers to create new products and services while enhancing current programs. He holds a PhD in management from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and a master’s degree from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. He is a coauthor of the book Rethinking the MBA: Business Education at a Crossroads and was the lead researcher on the Future of MBA Education project at Harvard Business School.
