Hotel Reservations

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate's responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate is 219 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. The Hyatt Regency Crystal City must be contacted no later than May 22, 2013 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night's room deposit. Deposits will be charged to the credit card after the cut-off date of May 22, 2013.

Location/Ground Transportation Facts

  • - Courtesy shuttle to Reagan National Airport (DCA) departs the hotel every 20 minutes on the hour from 5:00am - 12:00am. (Times subject to change.)

  • - Shuttle drops off at all Reagan National airline departure locations.

  • - Shuttle picks up at the Old Terminal (2nd Curb by the marked Hotel Shuttle stop location) and New Terminal Arrivals, Door 5 and Door 9 (1st Curb by the marked Hotel Shuttle stop location).

  • - Metro Subway Access

  • - From Crystal City Station, Blue and Yellow lines, our Washington DC metro area hotel is a 10 minute walk.

  • - Courtesy Hyatt shuttle access to and from Crystal City Metro Station is provided at the corner of 18th street and S. Bell Street.

  • - The Hyatt shuttle departs the hotel every 15 minutes on the hour from 6:00am - 10:00pm. (Times subject to change.)
