The position of a b-school dean can be both challenging and rewarding. As you weigh your options and decide whether or not to pursue the role of a dean, you will have many unanswered questions about the position, and whether or not it's right for you. This dynamic seminar is your chance to discover what it's like to be a b-school dean, and guides you through the decision-making process of finding the school that best suits you.
A unique and interactive seminar, you will learn from people (not a power point presentation) the most effective interviewing tips and tricks, including 5 questions you should be able to answer when interviewing for a deanship.
You'll also hear from those who have been there—current deans who are open and willing to share the experiences that prepared them for their role. The Lessons for Aspiring Deans Seminar reveals, in a vibrant way, the rewards and challenges that come along with leading a successful b-school. Created and facilitated by Lynne Richardson and Craig McAllaster, who have nearly 23 years experience as dean, this seminar gives you an inside look into your next career path.
