Once you have attended AACSB's Assessment or Assurance of Learning Seminar, put your knowledge into action by attending the Applied Assurance of Learning Seminar.
Specifically designed for those familiar with Assurance of Learning directives, this seminar enables attendees to review actual assessment plan outcomes to determine which goals need further development, and provides guidance on how best to revise them.
The Applied Assurance of Learning Seminar also provides:
- In-depth discussion on the AoL cycle and mission-driven approach
- Review and analysis of actual assessment plan outcomes
- International case studies and rubric examples from varying institution types
- Strategies and tactics on how to put it all together-taking the outcomes from gathered data and implementing the results into the curriculum
- Curriculum Mapping to link courses with the desired goals of the program
- Strategies for effectively managing AoL
Who Should Attend:
Faculty, department chairs, deans, associate and assistant deans who have a solid, working knowledge of assessment procedures, have a program assessment plan in place with at least one/two cycles of data collected; or those who have attended the Assessment or AoL Seminar.
