Mission

The Innovation Resource Center is a comprehensive source for information, tools, and discussions regarding the role of business schools in supporting innovation.

Objectives

  • Assist AACSB member schools seeking to enhance efforts to support innovation, by providing a forum for sharing experiences and effective practices
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and discussion regarding the role of business schools in supporting innovation both within the business school community, as well as between the members of that community and their external stakeholders
  • Serve as a source of information to interested policy makers

Defining Innovation

The implementation of a new or significantly improved product (good or service), or process, a new marketing method, or a new organizational method in business practices, workplace organization or external relations.
