Gray Matters Ethics Training
Game

Gray Matters is an ethics training game that Lockheed Martin used to sensitize
its employees to ethical issues. Gray Matters consists of minicases that deal
with actual ethical dilemmas and it provides alternate solutions
from which players can choose the best answer. Not all answers are
clear-cut; some are partially correct. Through group interaction and discussion
with a training facilitator, the game helps employees gain a better
understanding of what constitutes an ethical issue and how to resolve it.
