Overview
Challenges in Teaching
Business Ethics
Business school leaders must be
aware of several important obstacles to enhancing their commitment to business
ethics:
Business ethics can often be squeezed out of the core curriculum because it is
not
fully represented in the curriculum development
process.
Faculty members trained in traditional business disciplines often feel they lack
the
training and expertise to teach ethics.
Different cultural and historical perspectives make it particularly difficult to
define
and teach business ethics.
