Member Schools With Family Business Programs
The role business schools are
playing in helping family businesses succeed is relatively new, yet growing, due
to an increasing recognition of the impact that the survival and growth of
family businesses have on the economy at local, regional, national and global
levels. There's a long list of services provided to family businesses at
business schools. Of particular value, business school programs offer:
- Access to experts in the fields important to
family business issues
- Exchange of ideas and support between family
businesses
- Information on newest trends and innovations
in family business
- Opportunity to vent concerns and frustrations
with others and learn what to do about them.
- Opportunity to learn in comfortable,

from insular thinking

businesses succeed. Common offerings include seminars, forums, workshops, group
discussions (affinity groups) and academic curriculum geared toward family
