  • Contributions of the European Affinity Group to international developments of AACSB International (communication, accreditation, etc.).

  • The development of lifelong learning.

  • Facilitation of staff and student exchanges among the members of this affinity group.

  • Interchange of experience concerning internal and external quality assurance required by the Bologna process.

  • Communication and ranking issues considering European institutional characteristics.

  • Contributing to the appropriate communication on rankings and their improvement by defining a list of national and European journals.

  • Supporting AACSB in collecting statistical data on European schools.

  • The development of intellectual contributions in European institutions.

Activities:
Initial objectives include organizing a network, provide an electronic Q & A forum, support first and second cycle degree programs, and more. The group plans to meet twice a year. If possible, meetings will be scheduled to coincide with the AACSB International Dean’s Conference or ICAM. The other meetings will be hosted by the EAG members.
