Assessment (ALA) is a 360-degree personal development tool designed specifically
for academic leaders (deans, associate/assistant deans, and department chairs).

leaders receive a comprehensive report of the feedback provided by individuals
they asked to complete the ALA. The report includes a summary of the responses
from respondents (overall and by category), written comments, and comparison
information from other academic leaders participating in the ALA. The
entire processfrom the 15-minute initial setup to the final reporttakes
