Overview of Business Schools
Summarizes data collected in the Business School Questionnaire
(BSQ). The
report includes a section on business school characteristics, missions, and
finances (operating budgets and endowments). The program section includes,
by program level, the number of schools that offer at least one program in each
field/discipline. Also reported are faculty and staff breakdowns by
gender, full-time faculty with doctoral degrees, tenure status, race and
ethnicity, and citizenship. The report also has statistical information
about enrollment and degrees conferred, by program level. Currently
available: US version and Canadian version (in cooperation with the Canadian
Federation of Business School Deans). How to get this report: the Overview of Business Schools
reports are
sent electronically to participating schools at no charge.
Non-participants and others may purchase the report online through the Report
Catalog. Reports for previous years also are available.
