Faculty play a critical role in preparing and equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the workplace. In order to do so, faculty must not only be subject matter experts in their discipline but also effective teachers. In this newly redesigned seminar, attendees will explore various frameworks and tools that will enable them to continuously improve their teaching skills and ultimately student learning. They will also gain insights on the strategies that will help them balance research proficiency and the creation and delivery of highly relevant learner-focused courses.
