Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Carlton Ambassador for AACSB International seminar participants. Preferred room rate is 145 EUR per night, single occupancy, plus a city tax of 3,35 EUR per person, per night. The room rate includes complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB group rate. The Carlton Ambassador must be contacted no later than 7 May 2018 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.
When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available. Please request your travel agent to book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.
Ground Transportation Information
From Schiphol (Amsterdam Airport) take a train to either Den Haag Central Station or to Hollands Spoor (HS) which is a 30 minutes train ride.
From Central Station take bus 22 (direction Scheveningen Noorderstrand) or bus 24 (direction Kijkduin) and get off at bus stop “Mauritskade”.
From HS take tram 1 (direction Scheveningen Noorderstrand) and also get off at stop “Mauritskade”. From there it’s a short walk (2 minutes) to the hotel.
Other transportation options include Uber (approximately 60 EUR) or taxi (approximately 100 EUR).
The hotel offers a limited number of parking spaces upon reservation and against a fee. Furthermore, it is possible to park on the streets surrounding the hotel for a fee. Please contact the hotel for more information.
