Carolina da Costa holds a Ph.D in Education (emphasis in Cognition) from Rutgers University. At Insper, she was for 6 years the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center, responsible for leading the Aol process in the whole school and various faculty development initiatives and pedagogical innovations. The Center under her responsibility was recognized “World´s Best Practice” by AACSB PRT. Since 2012, she has been the Dean of the Undergraduate Programs (Business, Economics, and Engineering), leading several co-designed initiatives to foster innovation and high engagement culture among faculty and students. She teaches Critical Thinking and Governance to senior corporate leadership at Insper executive programs.
