Supply Chain Management is rapidly becoming one of the most important areas of emphasis in business, yet according to industry experts there is a serious shortage of managers with the knowledge required to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex and global economy. This seminar will focus on how to develop, implement and deliver a supply chain management program that meets the highest academic standards, the needs of the business community and the demands of prospective students. This will be achieved through a series of presentations, discussions and group activities, meetings with supply chain executives, as well as facility tours to sites such as distribution centers.

  • Implement a strategic planning process with the objective of creating a supply chain management program
