About the Hotel
Live large in an expansive modern living space appointed with every amenity and convenience for a productive and pleasurable stay. Exceptional dining options, stylish lounge, concierge service, retail boutique and fitness center are all located on-site. The 245 guest rooms and suites include expansive Commonwealth rooms facing celebrated Kenmore Square and vibrant new rooms facing Fenway Park. Hotel Commonwealth is proud to be the only official hotel of the Boston Red Sox.
Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at Hotel Commonwealth for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate is 229 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. The current taxes are 14.45% per room per night. The room rate includes complimentary in-room wireless internet access. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB room block to receive the preferred room rate. The Hotel Commonwealth must be contacted no later than January 28, 2018 to receive the group discount room rate. Due to the limited availability of sleeping rooms, this block may sell out prior to the cut-off date.
When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available. Please request your travel agent to book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.
We have been made aware that a third-party company, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS), is contacting our attendees, introducing themselves as the official ‘housing bureau’ for the event. This is not the case. EHS is not affiliated in any way with AACSB or with Hotel Commonwealth. We believe that your information may be compromised and we would strongly recommend that you do not give any personal information, including credit card details to EHS or any other unknown vendor. If you receive an e-mail from EHS, please forward to it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
