The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee.  Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Hyatt Regency Columbus for AACSB International Conference participants.  Preferred room rate is 173 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax.  The current taxes are 17.5% per room per night. The room rate includes complimentary in-room wireless internet access. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred room rate.  The Hyatt Regency Columbus must be contacted no later than April 26, 2017 to receive the group discount room rate.  Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available. Please request your travel agent to book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night’s room deposit.  Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations within 48 hours on the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
