Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Director of the Deloitte Institute, London Business School

Profiled as one of six of the “Next Generation of Management Gurus” by the leading British Management magazine Management Today, Julian Birkenshaw is recognized as an expert on innovation, entrepreneurship and renewal in large corporations. In Madrid, Birkenshaw opened the conference by addressing the need for innovation in business education as new technologies threaten traditional ways of working and presented a series of opportunities and new models that would help to embrace a changing business world.

Author and Visiting Professor, IE Business School

Ben Tiggelaar is the author of ten books on leadership and change, including his most popular book Dare, Dream, Do. He also is known for his popular seminar MBA in One Day that attracts over 17,000 managers annually, making it the best attended seminar ever in the Netherlands. During his keynote presentation in Madrid, Tiggelaar spoke to the topic of positive leadership; how it’s implemented and why business schools need to take a stand on it.
