Plenary I: Leadership for Associate Deans: Engagement, Impact, and Innovation
This plenary session addressed leadership strategies for associate deans and how they relate to engagement, impact, and innovation. Highly respected and innovative corporate leaders, discussed the skills associate deans need in order to succeed in today’s competitive environment.

Plenary II: The Parallel: A Successful Corporate Business Strategy and The Higher Education Industry
Speakers shared successful business and academic strategies and how each has differentiated themselves within their industry. Leaders with over 30 years of past experience in the corporate business industry shared their experiences in roles such as founding partners, publishers, and executive leadership members. These industry leaders discussed the parallel between corporate business and higher education business strategies and how they are different, how they are similar, and in what ways they can work in conjunction with one another.
