There will be individual sessions with Jerry Trapnell and Lucienne Mochel, from the accreditation staff, scheduled for Friday, 20 May from 8:30-12:00. Replacement: Registration replacement will be granted if written notice and replacement registration are received (by email events@aacsb.edu or fax +1 813 472 5531 ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. A transfer fee of 50 USD will be applied.

Cancellation: Refunds, less 150 USD, will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email events@aacsb.edu or fax +1 813 472 5531 ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6–8 weeks for a refund.

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Corinthia Hotel for AACSB International Seminar participants. Preferred room rate is €135 single / double per night for a Superior Room, €160 single / double per night for a Business Room and €180 single / double per night for an Executive Room plus 10% VAT. Breakfast is included in the AACSB preferred hotel rate. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB room block to receive the preferred room rate. The Corinthia Hotel must be contacted no later than 14 April, 2011 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.
