Replacement: Registration replacement will be granted if written notice and replacement registration are received (by email events@aacsb.edu or fax +1 813 472 5531 ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. A transfer fee of 50 USD will be applied.

Cancellation: Refunds, less 150 USD, will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email events@aacsb.edu or fax +1 813 472 5531 ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6–8 weeks for a refund.

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate's responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun for AACSB International Seminar participants. Preferred room rate is 990 CNY single/double per night. The room rate is inclusive of breakfast each morning and a 15% service charge per night.

Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun must be contacted no later than 31 October 2012 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.

Guangzhou Baiyun International airport is 27 km (20 minutes) away from the Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun.
