WHEN:
The seminar will begin at 8:30 on 1 of December and end at 16:00 on 2 of December.

This seminar is held at the same location as the Assurance of Learning Seminar. The Assurance of Learning Seminar takes place on 3–4 December. Each seminar requires a separate registration fee. Hotel reservations for the seminars listed above can be made by filling out a single booking form (see below).

Replacement / Refund Information
Replacement: Registration replacement will be granted if written notice and replacement registration are received (by email or fax ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. A transfer fee of 50 USD will be applied.

Cancellation: Refunds, less 150 USD, will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email or fax ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6–8 weeks for a refund.

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Radisson Hotel Shanghai for AACSB International Seminar participants. Preferred room rate is 1300 RMB single/double per night, plus tax. This rate includes a breakfast buffet each morning.

Reservations must be made by using this booking form.  Please send your completed booking form by email to reservations@radisson-nw.com.

The Radisson Hotel Shanghai must be contacted no later than 30 October, 2010 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.
 
TRANSPORTATION FACTS
The Radisson Hotel Shanghai New World is 35 kms from the Pudong International Airport and 14 kms from the Hong Qiao domestic airport.
