Replacement: Registration replacement will be granted if written notice and replacement registration are received (by email or fax ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. A transfer fee of 50 USD will be applied.

Cancellation: Refunds, less 150 USD, will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email or fax ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6–8 weeks for a refund.

**NCCU will provide a complimentary shuttle bus which will depart from the Far Eastern Hotel and Taipei Fullerton Hotel at 8:00 during the days of the seminar. Return transportation also will be provided after the reception on
24 March and the close of the seminar on 25 March**
 
TRANSPORTATION FACTS
Upon arrival to the airport the most recommended form of transportation to reach your hotel is a taxi.

A taxi from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport to the Far Eastern Hotel or Taipei Fullerton Hotel takes approximately 60 minutes and will cost NTD 1200 or above.

A taxi from the Taipei Songsang Airport to the Far Eastern Hotel or Taipei Fullerton Hotel takes approximately 20 minutes and will cost NTD 200 or above.

NCCU will provide free parking during the seminar period to seminar participants. Please redeem a VIP free parking voucher at seminar registration desk with your parking ticket.
