As employers and legislators require more ways to analyze learning attained by students, the measurement of learning has become increasingly important. This seminar not only improves student learning, but reassures stakeholders that students are retaining what they are taught. In this overview of the assessment process, explore AACSB expectations regarding assessment of student learning, plus examples of what business schools are doing to meet this standard with emphasis on hands-on training.
The Assessment Seminar and Assurance of Learning Seminar are the same seminar in terms of learning outcomes and expected audience. The materials, examples, and presentations used will vary slightly depending on the region of delivery.
