Replacement: Registration replacement will be granted if written notice and replacement registration are received (by email events@aacsb.edu or fax +1 813 472 5531 ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. A transfer fee of 50 USD will be applied.

Cancellation: Refunds, less 150 USD, will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email events@aacsb.edu or fax +1 813 472 5531 ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6–8 weeks for a refund.

Hotel is connected to AACSB’s office building by a walkway on the second floor, follow the walkway to the adjacent building and take the elevator to the 7th floor.

119 USD/single or double plus applicable taxes
All reservations made within the AACSB International room block directly with the hotel will include wireless internet in the room rate.

Reservations must be made before May 17, 2012 in order to receive the above rate.

The airport is 10 miles from AACSB International Headquarters, an estimated 20-minute drive. A taxi costs approximately 20 USD one-way.

Blue One Transportation is recommended for shuttle service. The cost is 12 USD one way per person. Please call to make reservations prior to your trip into Tampa 813 789 8380.

Driving Directions from TPA: Exit Tampa Airport to I-275 North (Tampa); I-275 to Exit 44 (Downtown East/West); take the Tampa Street exit (on the left); stay on Tampa Street (left lane) until you go under the overpass to South Franklin Street; right on South Franklin (South Franklin becomes South Harbour Island Boulevard). AACSB International will be on the right, just past the Tampa Convention Center and adjacent to the Westin Harbour Island Hotel.

St. Petersburg, Florida, USA (PIE)
