All session materials must be submitted to AACSB International by the deadline. Session materials include handouts, session outline, referenced articles, templates, and PowerPoint slides. Conference cover page and AACSB International logo should be inserted into every presentation. Copies of learning objectives, top ten key session points and bibliography will be prepared and distributed by AACSB International.

Confirmed facilitators/presenters will be solely responsible for conducting the session approved by AACSB International.

Session topic ideas and learning objectives should not be changed once submitted except for editing by AACSB International.

Interactive session format conducive to adult learning. Educational sessions are intended to deepen the understanding of initiatives, models and processes, and to translate an institutions' experience into learning that can be adapted and replicated.

Facilitators/presenters need to relate information to the diverse range of schools represented in the AACSB International membership. All schools yearn to be recognized in a presentation in some way for serving a regional market, research orientation, etc. Topics that speakers should address are the different missions, size, location, outreach (regional or state, national or international), resources, etc.

AACSB International will record some sessions. Therefore, the facilitator/presenter agreement needs to be signed. For the purpose of taping, all speakers in the session need to use the supplied microphones throughout the session. Also, repeat valuable comments or questions of the audience for clarity on the tape.

The audience will evaluate all sessions. Sessions are evaluated on presentation, content, and facilitator/presenter knowledge. In preparation, speakers may refer to the AACSB International website for presentation tips, PowerPoint templates, and other resources.

Conference Information:

Presentation rooms will be equipped with the following standard package:

Screen
Microphone(s) as needed

Any special requests should be indicated on the presenter agreement form and returned to AACSB International by the specified deadline.

The presenter needs to have a modem and his/her own long distance access set up on the computer. Also, he/she will need to use an 800 number to avoid Internet service charges at long distance rates.
