Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel
reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the
registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are
the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel
according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A
room block is being held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort &
Spa for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room
rates range from 180 USD to 255 USD per night, single or double
occupancy, plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB
Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. The Hawaiian
Hilton Village must be contacted no later than March 5, 2008 to receive
the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability
and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.
