Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center for AACSB International Sustainability Conference participants. The preferred room rate is 169 USD single/double per night, plus tax (12.6%). When making reservations, please identify yourself as an AACSB International Conference attendee to receive the preferred room rate.  The Hilton Salt Lake City Center must be contacted no later than July 1, 2008 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.  After this date, the AACSB room block will be released and all subsequent reservations will be subject to room and rate availability.

The Salt Lake International Airport is 7 miles from the Hilton Salt Lake City Center.  A taxi will cost approximately 18 USD one way.  Transportation from and to the airport can be provided by Valley Shuttle for 8 USD one way per person or 16 USD round trip per person. Driving from the airport: Follow signs for I-80 Eastbound (City Center). Take I-80 east . Exit at 600 South. Follow 600 South to West Temple.(4 lights) Turn left on West Temple Hotel is 3 1/2 blocks on right
