Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate is 169 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. The Marriott Harbor Beach Resort must be contacted no later than May 25, 2009 to receive the group discount room rate.  Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date. 
 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or a first night’s room and tax deposit. You may cancel your reservation for no charge up to 14 days before your confirmed arrival date. Full charge is due after 14 days prior to your scheduled/confirmed arrival date. If you have made a prepayment, all or part of your prepayment will be retained. The fee equals 2 nights of your room charge plus tax (for the first and last nights of your reservation).
 

The Marriott Harbor Beach Resort is located about 6 miles from the Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport.  A taxi would cost approximately 20 USD one way.
