HOTEL RESERVATIONS
|
Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the
registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly
with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the
Doubletree Crystal City for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate 169 USD per night, single or
double occupancy, plus tax or 189 USD for King Suites per night plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB
Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. The Doubletree Crystal City must be contacted no later than February 3,
2009 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off
date.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
|
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or a first night’s room and tax deposit.
A guaranteed reservation not cancelled prior to 6:00 p.m. eastern standard time on the day of arrival will be charged one night
room and tax to the method of guarantee.
