Hamels concepts of "strategic intent," "core competence," "industry revolution," and "management innovation" have changed business management worldwide. Hamels goal? To radically accelerate the evolution of management knowledge and practice by helping companies and management educators co-create "tomorrows best practices today." Based on his most recent research, Hamel has developed a methodology that can help your school build the ultimate competitive advantage. Specifically, Hamel will show you how to anticipate management challenges that will determine success in the years ahead, build a capability for ongoing management innovation, and uncover new principles that will determine industry leadership and much more!
