The conference begins with the first plenary session at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April
13 and ends at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15.

| ABOUT THE HOTEL
|
Located on
Waikiki’s longest stretch of beach, the Hilton
Hawaiian Village is nestled
on 22 acres of oceanfront property. Imagine lush tropical gardens,
waterfalls, exotic wildlife, and priceless artwork. The hotel offers the
perfect blend of luxurious accommodations, over 20 restaurants and lounges,
shopping, recreational and cultural activities, and nightly entertainment.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
|
Each delegate is
responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the
hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom
changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be
made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to
avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Hilton Hawaiian
Village Beach Resort & Spa for AACSB International Conference participants.
Preferred room rates range from 203 – 287 USD per night, single or
double occupancy, plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the
AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. The
Hilton
Hawaiian Village must be contacted no later than March 5, 2008 to
receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on
availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
|
All reservations must be
guaranteed with a major credit card or a first night’s room and tax deposit.
A guaranteed reservation not cancelled prior to 6:00 p.m. central standard
time on the day of arrival will be charged one night room and tax to the
method of guarantee.
