Who should exhibit at the 2008 AACSB International Conference and Annual Meeting?
Companies, schools and organizations that would like access to senior management education leaders through highly visible exhibits. Senior leaders include presidents, provosts, deans, associate deans, department chairs, program directors, and faculty.
How many attendees are expected?
We expect 1,200 attendees from business schools worldwide.
What are the exhibit fees?
Booth Fee: Member: 2,300 USD;
after 22 February 2008: 2,500 USD
Non-member: 2,500 USD; after 22 February 2008:
2,750 USD
How many full conference registrations are included with each booth?
Each booth application fee includes one full conference registration, which includes plenary and educational sessions, two breakfasts, two luncheons, and all refreshment breaks. One additional exhibit staff member registration can be purchased for
400 USD, more than 50% off the regular registration rate. Your exhibit booth application fee also includes two EXPO-only registrations.
Where will the exhibits be located?
The exhibits will be located on the ground floor of the Hawai’i Convention Center in Honolulu.
What are the exhibit hall hours?
Sunday, 13 April
5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.: Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall
Monday, 14 April
7 a.m.–12:45 p.m.: Breakfast and two breaks in the Exhibit Hall
Tuesday, 15 April
7 a.m.–11:30 a.m.: Breakfast and one break in the Exhibit Hall
When do I move into the exhibit space?
Sunday, 13 April: 8 a.m.–2 p.m.
When do I move out of the exhibit space?
Tuesday, 15 April: 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
Will there be 24-hour security for the exhibit hall?
AACSB International will provide security personnel at no expense to exhibitors; however, the safekeeping of exhibitors’ property shall remain the responsibility of the exhibitor. AACSB advises exhibitors to consult their insurance brokers for proper coverage of display material from the time it is shipped from their premises until the time it is returned. Do not leave items of great value unattended at your booth.
How do you determine booth assignments?
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority going to members and sponsors of AACSB International.
Are there opportunities for exhibitors to present sessions to promote their programs, products and services to attendees?
Yes, exhibitors may obtain an application to reserve space for a concurrent exhibitor session by contacting Annette DeLisle,
