The conference
begins with registration at 2:00 p.m. and a welcome reception at 5:00
p.m. on Sunday, April 22nd. The conference will end at 4:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, April 24th.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
|
Each delegate is
responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation.
The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any
guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s
responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the
guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is
being held at all the above hotels for AACSB International Conference
participants. Preferred room rate at the Marriott is 179 USD per night,
169 USD per night at the Westin, 179 USD per night at the Embassy Suites
and 149 USD at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel. All prices are quoted
for single or double occupancy, plus tax. The hotels listed above
must be contacted no later than March 21, 2007 to receive the group
discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may
sell out prior to the cut-off date.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY |
Cancellations
or changes must be made by e-mail or fax to the AACSB Housing Bureau
through April 18, 2007. After this date, direct all changes to the
designated hotel. Cancellations can be made without penalty until March
21, 2007. After this date, a $25 processing fee will be
charged. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to
forfeiture of one night’s room and tax.

The hotels are located
approximately 8 ˝ miles from the Tampa International Airport. Taxi
service is available from the airport for an average one way fare of
