FULL-DAY GUEST PROGRAM

The day begins with a guided tour of the Louvre Museum
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Licensed guides will take you through the museum where you'll see famous Mona Lisa, the Wing Victory and many more famous paintings and sculptures.  You also will discover the beauty and history of the building.

The Louvre is one of the largest museums in the world. The building itself, which started out as a fortress in the year 1204, has spanned 800 years to its most recent
                                                    renovation, completed in 1987 with a glass
                                                    pyramid that now is its centerpiece. 

 

Moving on, you'll enjoy lunch on Bateaux Parisiens
12:15 p.m. Boarding
Cruise from 12:45 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The lunch cruise is aboard entirely glassed-in boats that offer perfect views of Paris and its beautiful monuments.  The two-hour trip includes entertainment that includes a singer and pianist who tell original stories about Paris, its history and its people. Classic French and international songs set the pace in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Lunch includes a starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and beverages, including a special selection of wine.

The Paris City Tour completes the day
 2:45 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The day continues with a colorful guided tour through Paris, driving past the most famous monuments, learning French history and facts about everyday Parisian life. From time to time, the motor coach will stop and allow you to take photographs of the historical sights.

 

 
 

     Cost for Full-Day Guest Program is €130
     (approximately $155 US).

In addition to the full-day program, conference guests also may attend the two receptions of the AACSB and EFMD International Conference and Annual Meetings, scheduled Sunday, April 23, and Monday, April 24. Total cost for both receptions is €60 (approximately $72 US).

Guest Program Cancellation Policy
Guest Program refunds will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email or fax ONLY) no later than 30 days prior to meeting date. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for a refund to be processed.
