Administrative Associate
The Administrative Associate is responsible for providing member support,
database maintenance, coordinating conference and seminar related activities,
and providing general administrative support including organizing senior
executive travel. The ideal candidate demonstrates accuracy in handling data
entry jobs and related reports, is versed in conducting Internet and other
research, is able to follow through on tasks, has exceptional business writing
skills, is able to work independently and collaboratively, and is highly
organized and timely. Requirements include GCE “O” or “N” Level and at least 3
years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Fluency in
English is required. Travel may be required. Experience in the management
education industry and fluency in Mandarin Chinese or other Asian language
preferred. Relocation not provided.
Positions require proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Position is based in Singapore.
