"As an AACSB employee, I have found that personal and professional growth is encouraged, supported, and celebrated. This quality makes for a great company to work for and a great team of people to work with."
A Place to Grow
AACSB believes in the continued growth and development of our employees. Through personal development plans, internal learning events, tuition reimbursement, access to professional development courses, and cross-functional collaboration we are giving our team the tools they need to be successful at work and in life.
"AACSB truly understands and values their employees. They encourage growth in all aspects of your life and provide opportunities that sponsor professional and personal development. I have opportunities to work with colleagues outside of my department, giving me a chance to build a well-rounded skillset. Behind all of that, we have fun and look forward to the workday."
The AACSB Network is Expansive ...
With three global locations, AACSB connects more than 1,500 international members across nearly 100 countries with more than 1,400 schools and 50 plus businesses and associations.
"AACSB provides a supportive, encouraging, and challenging environment for colleagues interested in the world of business higher education. There are enormous learning activities and prospects gleaned from interacting with more than 1,500 business schools worldwide. The exposure to innovation and creativity is exceptional."
Accreditation and Member Services
Each year, AACSB staff join other organizations in the Tampa area to spend a day in the classroom. The event, Diploma-See, was created by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement.
Additionally, employees are encouraged to be involved with volunteer activities around the community. Employees are provided with time off to participate in group or individual activities that they are passionate about.
