Hotel Reservations
Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at Intercontinental Houston for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate is 189 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. Intercontinental Houston must be contacted no later than February 20, 2012 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.
 
 Location / Ground Transportation Facts
A taxi will cost approximately 45 to 60 USD (one way) depending on the airport. Super Shuttle provides a more economical option to and from both airports.
