This white paper provides guidance consistent with the spirit and intent of AACSB Business and Accounting Accreditation Standards (April 2013) Accounting Accreditation Standard A7. The goal is to assist AACSB accredited accounting programs, peer-review teams, accreditation committees and others in consistently applying Standard A7 in the context of the accounting accreditation peer review process and reporting.

AACSB Assurance of Learning Standards: An Interpretation

The following AACSB white paper was written based on the revised standards that were adopted in 2003. With the recent positive vote on the 2013 Standards which emphasize innovation, impact, and engagement, much of the original assurance of learning concepts and expectations remain in place, with some key differences which are highlighted within.
