AACSB International accreditation is a challenging, yet extremely rewarding
process. Central to this process is the peer review. Deans of AACSB accredited
business schools volunteer their time to serve as peer review team members,
mentors, and accreditation committee members. These volunteers are critical to
the success of AACSB and the business schools seeking to obtain and maintain
accreditation.
To support this process, AACSB is pleased to present the online peer review
e-learning course, which provides an overview and step-by-step instruction of
the roles and processes involved in peer review.
Whether you are an experienced AACSB volunteer, a first-time reviewer or
mentor, or want to learn more about AACSB accreditation, this e-learning tool
provides you with:
- An understanding of AACSB’s philosophy of high-quality and continuous
improvement to the review process
- An explanation of the roles and responsibilities of the peer reviewer,
mentor, and various committees
- Knowledge of required documentation and procedures during the initial or
maintenance phase
- Tips and advice from experienced deans on how to prepare for and
conduct the peer review visit
Thank you for joining the hundreds of volunteers who assist business schools
worldwide in their pursuit of AACSB accreditation.
