Promoting Accreditation
To
Obtain This Value for Your School …
Ask
your Web master to insert one line of code, and visitors to your
Web site will be presented with the Value of Accreditation
statement. Your Web
master must include a URL that opens a small window. Here’s
suggested text:
Business education at
(Name of your institution) is accredited by AACSB
International. And now, here’s the code:
| <p><a
href="#null" onclick="javascript:window.open('http://www.aacsb.edu/General/AccredInfo.asp',
'newwindow', config='height=470, width=550, toolbar=no, menubar=no,
scrollbars=no, resizable=no, location=no, directories=no,
status=no')" ,>Business education at
(Name of your institution) is accredited by AACSB
International</a></p> |
Here's the AccredInfo.asp
file and the accredited schools
logo. Right click on the links, choose Save Target as
... Put them on your own server. You do not have to link
back to AACSB to use this handy pop-up window. It is not an
annoying mouseover and it is not an ad.
What’s
The Big Deal? Why Promote AACSB International Accreditation?
Here’s what
three in leadership positions at Chicago GSB had to say:
“Accreditation
by AACSB symbolizes quality and continuous improvement.”
Edward
Snyder
Dean
“We decided to
put the accreditation pop up on our Web site to show our affiliation with
AACSB and because it’s sort of a seal of approval. The statement
about accreditation emphasizes the importance of a strong mission,
curriculum, faculty and research. All of which are central to our
mission as an institution.”
Akieva
Harrell
Director
of Marketing
“We
are delighted to be a pioneer in this effort.”
