AACSB International encourages innovation and experimentation in education. Where you are using less traditional delivery systems, the peer review team will want to know what management processes you have put in place to assure quality. Simply adopting new technologies without thinking about the implications for quality assurance would raise troubling questions. Assuming you have thought through and implemented appropriate quality assurance processes, the method of delivery should pose no problem to accreditation.
