About AACSB International
AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business
is an association of educational institutions, businesses, and other
organizations devoted to the advancement of higher education in management
education. It is also the premier accrediting agency of collegiate business
schools and accounting programs worldwide.
Educational members may choose to pursue AACSB International accreditation, a specialized, non-governmental review of the
institution's undergraduate and graduate business administration and accounting programs.
Accreditation is not required of any member, and many educational institutions remain members without pursuing accreditation to
further their continuous and quality improvement goals. Students and employers are reminded that educational members that are not
accredited have not undergone any quality review by AACSB International.
It is important to note that not all
members of AACSB International have achieved accreditation, and only those members that have been found to satisfy the
accreditation standards may identify themselves as an "Accredited Member." Less than
5% of the world's business schools have achieved this elite distinction.

among only AACSB International accredited schools on our student Web site:
www.bestbizschools.com.
The association's growing membership represents more than 1,100 members in 70 countries. Members continue to turn towards AACSB
International as a source of information, training and networking for business school educators. In addition to its accreditation
function, AACSB International conducts an extensive array of professional development programs for faculty and administrators;
engages in research and survey projects on topics specific to the field of management education; maintains relationships with
disciplinary associations and other groups; and produces a wide-variety of publications and special reports on trends and issues
within management education. AACSB International also maintains close relationships with its counterpart associations worldwide.
