We look forward to seeing you at the AACSB International 2012 Sustainability Conference. The information below outlines arrangements made for meeting participants.
Meeting Start & End Time
The conference will begin with registration on
Monday, June 11th at 3:00 p.m. and end on
Wednesday, June 13th at 1:00 p.m.
Attire
Suggested dress is business casual.
Weather in Tampa, Florida.
About the Hotel
Located in the heart of Tampa's Westshore
business district, the Renaissance Tampa
International Plaza Hotel feels like it's
a world away. When visiting this beautiful hotel
in Tampa, you feel as if you're in a
Mediterranean villa, a Spanish square, or even a
Cuban plaza.
Hotel Reservations
Each delegate is responsible for making his or
her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel
room is not included in the registration fee.
Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are
the delegate’s responsibility and must be made
directly with the hotel according to the
guidelines below in order to avoid financial
penalty.
A room block is being held at the Renaissance
Tampa International Plaza Hotel for AACSB
International conference participants. Preferred
room rate is 149 USD per night, single or double
occupancy, plus tax. When making reservations,
please ask for the AACSB Conference block to
receive the preferred room rate.
The Renaissance Tampa must be contacted no later
than May 15, 2012 to receive the group discount
room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on
availability and may sell out prior to the
cutoff date.

The Tampa
International Airport is conveniently
located 1 mile from the Renaissance Tampa
International Hotel. The hotel provides
complimentary airport shuttle service upon
request. Please call the hotel prior to your
arrival to schedule your airport pick-up. A taxi
will cost approximately 10 USD one way.
