Following up on a sold-out symposium in March 2011 and demand for more focus on part time MBA curriculum ideas, AACSB has developed a revised offering of Redesigning the MBA: A Curriculum Development Symposium to help guide you through the MBA curriculum redesign process across all of your MBA programs—part time, full time, and EMBA.
Redesigning the MBA: A Curriculum Development Symposium will provide insight and guidance regarding questions of purpose, positioning, and program design. Drawing on cutting edge research and best practices from business schools, you will gain valuable insights about the content and pedagogies of MBA curricula, while also networking and exchanging ideas with peers responsible for curriculum transformation at business schools worldwide.
The symposium will provide sessions focusing on part time and full time MBA degree programs with ideas to apply to your EMBA and online programs. Topics include: managing in a global context, leadership development, innovation and creativity, critical thinking, experiential learning, and the implementation challenges of curriculum redesign.
Each session will feature examples from schools that will share syllabi and discuss the process of developing courses and programs. |
