The conference will begin with registration
on Thursday, April 28 and end after lunch on
Saturday, April 30.

Weather in New York City
About the Hotel
Hilton New York is located in the heart of
Midtown Manhattan, and walking distance to
Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Fifth
Avenue shopping, Broadway theatres/Times Square,
Central Park, The Museum of Modern Art, and
major media and business headquarters.
LaGuardia, JFK and Newark airports are all just
a short ride away, as well as NYC's the three
other transportation hubs - Grand Central
Station, Penn Station, and the Port Authority.
Hotel Reservations
Each delegate is responsible for making his or
her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel
room is not included in the registration fee.
Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are
the delegate’s responsibility and must be made
directly with the hotel. A room block is being
held at the Hilton New York for AACSB
International participants. Preferred room rate
is 299 USD per night, single or double
occupancy, plus tax.
When making reservations, please ask for the
AACSB block to receive the preferred room rate.
The Hilton New York must be contacted no later
than March 23, 2011 to receive the group
discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on
availability and may sell out prior to the
cutoff date.
