About the Hotel

Hotel Reservations
Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Disneyland Hotel for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate is 187 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus a resort fee or 12 USD per night, plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. The Disneyland Hotel must be contacted no later than March 26, 2010 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Individual room reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed by the attendee with a deposit of one night’s room revenue (plus applicable taxes). Should an attendee cancel a reservation, refund of the deposit and/or cancellation fees will be in accordance with the hotel’s general policy at that time. Please contact the hotel directly for further details.
