Connected to the premier show venue Falconer Salen, this cosmopolitan conference centre is the largest event space in central Copenhagen. The hotel also gives guests easy access to restaurants, shopping and attractions like the Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Store, Frederiksberg Garden and Copenhagen Zoo. Return to calm, fresh rooms and suites, refuel at Backstage Bar & Restaurant and refresh at the well-equipped fitness centre.
Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held atthe Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate is 1,095 DKK per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB Conference block to receive the preferred room rate. The Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel must be contacted no later than 4 July, 2013 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.
All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night’s room deposit. Deposits will be charged to the credit card after the cutoff date of 4 July, 2013.
Copenhagen Airport - Metro link
The only four-star hotel with a direct Copenhagen Metro link to the airport, the Radisson Blu Falconer makes getting in and out of the city as easy as a 20-minute Metro ride. For added convenience, guests can reserve indoor car parking at the hotel.
From the airport, take the main Metro line toward Vanløse. Disembark after 13.5 kilometres at Frederiksberg station. This Metro stop is just 200 metres from the hotel.
