WHEN:
Registration will begin at 7:30 Tuesday, 22 May with the session beginning at 8:30. Refreshments will be served during registration. The seminar will end at 12:00 Wednesday, 23 May.

Breakfast is included in the hotel room rate and will be served in the hotel's restaurant.

Please note this seminar is during and preceding other AACSB events. The Assurance of Learning Seminar will take place on the 22nd–23rd of May at the Park Plaza Hotel, the AACSB Asia Pacific Annual Conference will take place the 23–25, May at Tsinghua University. Each will require a separate event registration and fee.

Replacement: Registration replacement will be granted if written notice and replacement registration are received (by email events@aacsb.edu or fax +1 813 472 5531 ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. A transfer fee of 50 USD will be applied.

Cancellation: Refunds, less 150 USD, will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email events@aacsb.edu or fax +1 813 472 5531 ONLY) at least 30 days prior to the meeting date. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6–8 weeks for a refund.

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guest room changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate's responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel to avoid financial penalty.

A room block is being held at the Park Plaza Hotel for AACSB International participants. Preferred room rate is 620 RMB / 98.20 USD per night, single occupancy. Note: Breakfast is included in the hotel room rate and will be served in the hotel's restaurant Café 25, located on the first floor.

The hotel must be contacted no later than May 1, 2012, to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cutoff date.

TRANSPORTATION FACTS
The Beijing Capital Airport is approximately 20 miles away. Taxis are available at the taxi stands at each arrival terminal or can be pre-arranged by the hotel.
